Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage OSS System solutions for a leading telecom operator in Singapore. Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership and Oversight

  • Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • Coordinate as the local leader (In cooperation with Product and Implementation Managers from Suntech Headquarters in Poland ) the full scope of OSS System Support & Maintenance project
  • Serve as the main contact for clients stakeholders and key representatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at all organizational levels.

Team Management

  • Foster teamwork and accountability to achieve project objectives.
  • organize and strengthen communication between engineers in Singapore and other teams located in Poland
  • Lead and mentor a team of implementation engineers, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.

OSS System Support & Maintenance

  • Oversee first and second-line support for the OSS system.
  • Liaise with the third-line support team in Poland to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to remote teams with detailed documentation.
  • Validate and install new versions of the product within designated maintenance windows.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients to meet contractual obligations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide required reports and documentation of services provided to customer

Software Change Management

  • Discuss and agree with customer changes requested to the solution being deployed (including details of solution and architecture, implementation effort estimation and delivery timelines).
  • Oversee all phases of the Change Request Lifecycle, including:Solution Design: Collaborate with the client to develop and finalize technical designs.
    Development and System Integration: Supervise system configuration, customization, and data migration.
    Training and Testing: Organize training sessions, conduct acceptance tests, and support the production launch.
    Production launch
  • Coordinate with other managers responsible for delivering key system components.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
  • At least 3 years of experience managing OSS implementation, support, or maintenance projects.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications network management processes, especially in the areas of . GIS applications, Resource Inventory and Planning

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with IT systems integration (BPM, SOA, WebServices).
  • Understanding of enterprise scale HW/SW architecture patterns
  • Familiarity with systems and applications security standards

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Resilient under pressure with a solution-oriented and problem-solving approach.
  • Open-mindedness, versatility, resistance to stress and the ability to make quick decisions in dynamically changing circumstances

Travel Availability

  • Willingness to travel to Poland to collaborate with the team and exchange knowledge.[JB6] [JB7]

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a systems architect or business analyst.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 5 or more IT professionals.
  • Expertise in organizing training sessions and overseeing acceptance tests.
  • Knowledge of GIS solutions and network technologies (IP, WDM, 5G, SDN).
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and best practices for IT system support and maintenance.
  • Understanding of TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM, Open API).
