Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, RBA) and HQ requirements.
  • Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Oversee and execute yearly merit increments, performance appraisals, and salary adjustments.
  • Plan and manage bonus payouts according to guidelines and budgets.
  • Participate in annual budgeting for C&B functions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and government regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Liaise with HR committees (HRI, HRMC) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Training & Development

  • Provide guidance on employee training and development programs.
  • Identify training needs using competency models and recommend suitable programs.
  • Act as an internal consultant to facilitate learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR
  • 5+ years of leading experiences, especially in C&B, Training & Development
  • Prior work experience in fast-paced MNC environment, especially Manufacturing company
  • Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.
