
Human Resource Manager (Compensation & Benefits/ L&D)
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, RBA) and HQ requirements.
- Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Oversee and execute yearly merit increments, performance appraisals, and salary adjustments.
- Plan and manage bonus payouts according to guidelines and budgets.
- Participate in annual budgeting for C&B functions.
- Stay updated on market trends and government regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Liaise with HR committees (HRI, HRMC) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Development
- Provide guidance on employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs using competency models and recommend suitable programs.
- Act as an internal consultant to facilitate learning and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR
- 5+ years of leading experiences, especially in C&B, Training & Development
- Prior work experience in fast-paced MNC environment, especially Manufacturing company
- Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.
