  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support our client, a fast-growing global mobility company. This role involves advising on legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and negotiating contracts to facilitate business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and labor law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including technology and business partnership contracts.
  • Advise on global competition, antitrust laws, and evolving data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Support corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures) and vendor agreements.
  • Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external legal counsel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years PQE in a law firm and/or corporate legal environment.
  • Strong experience in drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements.
  • Legal qualification in the UK or a common law jurisdiction.
  • Expertise in handling multi-regional legal matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth technology-driven industry.
  • Knowledge of investment funding agreements.
  • Ability to communicate fluently with Korean speaking stakeholders a plus
