
Junior Digital UAT Project Management #FR (1.5 year contract)

A utilities organisation is looking for a 1.5 year support.
Your new role
• Liaison person to communicate updates, information, and changes with internal stakeholders on project updates and progress
• Provide support and assist Manager with project documentation, planning, requirement gathering, test scripting, project timeline tracking, etc.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and Quality assurance for new features on digital channels
• Work closely and support technical teams to resolve identified issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience in project management support role
• Familiar e-services implementation on digital channels (web, app and kiosk)
• Ability to multitask, well organised, eye for details
• Self-starter, able to work independently while being a cohesive team member
