  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Design Leadership: Lead innovative design concepts and proposals aligned with client requirements and project goals.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the full design & build process, managing multiple projects from concept to site completion while ensuring quality and budget adherence.
  • Studio Management: Optimize team resources, workflow, and studio operations to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Business & Client Development: Build strong industry networks, identify business opportunities, and maintain lasting client relationships to drive growth and repeat projects.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the studio’s profit and loss (P&L), ensuring project profitability and budget control.
  • Site Coordination: Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design integrity.
  • Vendor & Documentation Management: Communicate with suppliers for quotes and material quality, and prepare construction drawings, presentations, and tender documents.
