  • Financial Oversight: Manage the studio’s profit and loss (P&L), ensuring project profitability and budget control.
  • Site Coordination: Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design integrity.
  • Vendor & Documentation Management: Communicate with suppliers for quotes and material quality, and prepare construction drawings, presentations, and tender documents.
