Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounting recording for a US subsidiary company. The accounting records are kept in Singapore.
- Reporting to an Accountant (based in Singapore)
- Involved in the day to day operations: receipts, payments, accounts receivables (issuing of sales invoices) and recording of accounts payables.
- Will be responsible to perform month end closing, including performing reconciliations.
- Ensure accounting and internal control procedures comply with Group policies.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as when assigned by Management.
Experience Required:
- Previous work experience in a US company in Singapore, is an advantage
- Must be comfortable using ERP System (E.g. Sage 300)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised. Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
- A team player who can deliver under tight deadlines.
Education/Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance and Accounting or other relevant professional finance certificates.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
