  • Prepare asset management reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and investment teams, to support asset strategies.
  • Research market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to provide data-driven insights.
  • Assist in due diligence for potential acquisitions, divestments, and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management protocols.

Key Requirements:
