1. Role Description

2. Specific Responsibilities
· Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
· Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies in compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Provide guidance and support to employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
· Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
· Conduct training sessions to ensure employees are informed about safety measures, equipment, and emergency procedures.
· Monitor safety compliance and report on safety performance to senior management.
· Identify areas of improvement and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
