Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage lead generation and marketing campaigns, and track against goals.
- Identify and develop potential partnership opportunities for events and casual leasing such as booking of event space and meeting facilities (e.g. function halls, meeting rooms, foyer spaces, rooftop garden etc).
- Oversee all aspects of event sales and execution.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies including social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events.
- Conduct competitor review and analysis to identify market trends, competitive advantages and opportunities.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in commercial events management and marketing communications would be preferred.
- Experience in design, video editing software, and website & social media management will be an advantage.
- Proven ability in execution of marketing and communications campaigns/ projects.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
- Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive, proactive, and thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills, creative and innovative.
