About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Staff member who will be responsible for managing human resources (HR) matters, performing basic accounting duties, and handling various paperwork, including preparing quotations for clients. Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • Assist in employee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Handle employee leave management, attendance records, and payroll support
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining employee development record

Accounting & Finance:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and managing petty cash
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist the finance team as needed

Client Quotations & Paperwork:

  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients based on product/service details
  • Draft and organize contracts, purchase orders, and other essential documents
  • Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and in compliance with company standards

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
  • Familiarity with HR processes and employee management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Previous office experience in a similar role is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software or accounting tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
