Beauty Salon Operations manager

Manage 2 Outlet : Jurong and Rochester

We are looking for an experienced Beauty Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Our Solution Pte Ltd. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), to ensure efficiency, consistency and a high quality customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

1)Opearations & SOP Implementation

  • Develop, document and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all salon operations, including customer service, hygiene, safety, inventory and appointment scheduling.
  • Continuously monitor and update SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and compliant with SOPs

2) Team managements & Training

  • Supervise and support salon staff, ensuring a positive work environment
  • Conduct Regular training session on SOPs , Customer service and salon best practices.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
  • Address staff concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

3) Customer Service & experience

  • Maintain high standards of customer service & experience to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Ensure the salon environment is welcoming, clean and well maintained.

4) Inventory & Supplier Management

  • Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products and equipment.
  • Implement a system for inventory tracking and cost control.
  • Ensure all Beauty Products and tools meet quality and safety standards.

5) Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote salon services and special offers.
  • Encourage upselling and cross-selling of salon products and services.

6) Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Regularly inspect salon facilities and equipment to maintain a safe working environment
  • Conduct hygiene and sanitation audits to uphold salon standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in salon operation, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understand of salon SOP, customer service, and beauty industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Able to train and mentor staff effectively
  • Strong communication skills and customer- focused mindset
  • Experience with salon booking sofeware and POS system ia a plus
