
Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
- Manage every aspect of the institute’s Human Resources functions—handling both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- This role requires a high level of proficiency and expertise in (1) Talent Acquisition, (2) Payroll Administration, (3) Compensation and Benefits, (4) Training & Development, (5) Performance Management, (6) Organisational Development, (7) Disciplinary Management, (8) Employee Engagement, (9) HR Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, (10) Insurance Management, (11) Career Development, (12) Succession Planning, alongside the ability to (13) establish, refine, amend, or enforce HR infrastructure independently (e.g., HR policies, practices, and frameworks).
- Uphold robust Human Resources Governance, Risk management, and Compliance standards to ensure that all policies and practices remain current, legally sound, and aligned with institutional objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team and President.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Above 5 years of progressive HR management experience within a private education institution is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
- Demonstrated expertise in HR management, workforce planning, and analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the execution of business plans.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
