Responsibilities
You will play an important role in:
· Servicing and maintaining existing customers’ accounts.
· Updating customers daily on market movements and price quotations.
· Understanding and developing marketing strategies to identify new markets & improve market share in existing markets.
· Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets as projected for existing and new accounts.
· Maintaining good relationship and building rapport with new & existing customers.
· Providing good after-sales service through coordinating with operations & documentations .department to ensure goods delivery and payment receipt.
· Preparing reports on market situation & sales price – analyse overall market position & manage risk on regular/daily basis.
· Preparing weekly sales reports for management review.
· Preparing yearly budget based on annual sales target given.
· Liaising with various departments in the factory on execution of shipments.
Requirements
· Experience of at least 3 years in the edible oil industries/commodities/FMCG products will be an added advantage.
· Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
· Proficient in Arabic and French, required for managing the Middle East and Africa market.
· Demonstrating teamwork ability and positive mindset to continuously learn new things.
· Ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures & regions.
· Occasional overseas travelling may be required.
