Responsibilities
- Process daily sales orders and issue invoices and delivery orders for customers
- Manage customer inquiries
- Coordinate export shipments, including documentation, lab tests, and shipping labels
- Maintain service records, generate invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock movement, spare parts, and cleaning products.
- Assist with stock-taking and receiving deliveries.
- Handle sample issuance and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Team player who can also work independent
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
