
Temp, Learning & Curriculum Program (Central/Contract 3.5months, Up to $6.5K)
Our client in the banking sector is looking out for suitable temp candidate in L&C Program
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Bank’s Transformation Group to project-manage the development of training courses on transformational topics (e.g., GenAI, Customer Experience, Innovation, etc.) for a bank-wide audience through collaboration with the Bank’s subject matter experts and in-house design & development team or external vendor.
- Ideate and implement training program engagement plan to promote the Transformation Curriculum and encourage training sign-ups together with in-house marketing team.
- Analyse training survey results and propose improvements to enhance learning experiences & outcomes.
- Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentation creation
- Minimum 2 to 3years of related working experience preferred.
- Singaporeans only
- Contract: 3.5months – short term contract
