Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope

  1. Liaise with clients, consultants, Landlord, Owner, sub-contractors and relevant Authorities to ensure smooth completion of projects.
  2. Prepare, review and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
  3. Conduct regular internal and attend all site meetings.
  4. Lead a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
  5. Prepare and submit quotations, tender bids, materials planning and ordering and contracts.
  6. Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on site to prevent injuries on the job site.
  7. Conducting inspections of work done by contractors to ensure that it meets code requirements and quality control on the project throughout the development
  8. Managing the budget for the project, including tracking materials costs and labor hours used.
  9. Coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers to schedule deliveries of materials and equipment when needed.
  10. Developing a plan for managing the construction process, including timeframes for each phase of work.
  11. Other adhoc jobs assigned.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma qualification.
  2. At least 3 years experience in Commercial (F&B, Retail, Offices) & Residential (HDB, Landed, Private)projects.
  3. Possess analytical mindset, independent, initiative , positive working attitude and highly responsible individual.
  4. Able to adapt and work in fast pace environment & long working hours.
  5. Able to lead the project team.
  6. Possess class 3 driving licence an advantage.
  7. Working at night and sunday. (if project required)
  8. Possess knowledge of excel, powerpoint and autocad (an advantage)
