The Portfolio & Content Specialist(‘PCS’), is responsible for assisting APAC TPM Lead in daily operation, marketing and portfolio work in the Global Building Infrastructure and Protection Services (GBIPS) team, under Global Security & Resilience Services (GSRS).

Scope of Work

  • Delivery of effective and efficient support to centralized management in APAC operation in GBIPS Team.
  • To assist APAC Team Lead on Coordination, communication, and business between GBIPS and other teams/stakeholders in APAC region.
  • To support portfolio work such as Case Study, Standard Template, Technical solution documentation, Lesson Learned Documentation, marketing video composing etc to Project Management team.
  • To support Global PMO (North Ireland) on marketing documentation, web site content etc.
  • To develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.

What you will be doing

  • Provide administrative support (vendor onboarding, communication etc) to APAC Support team.
  • Assist APAC team lead to follow up with PMs for data and documentation.
  • Work with APAC EPM Lead on portfolio & documentation support.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and data profile.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects/Programs and other administration support when required.
  • Support APAC Marketing strategy.

What we are looking for

  • Minimally bachelor's degree, majoring in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Strong technical/article writing skills in English.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience as an effective technical writer.
  • Familiar with Google Tools (Gmail, etc) and Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Team player and self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure.
  • Open-mind, outgoing and optimistic personality, effective listener and possesses a positive spirit.

You will be a strong applicant if you possess the following:

  • Prior experience in event management or organization
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and any other Asian language)
  • Prior experience in web site creation or blogging
  • Prior experience in video content creation
  • Have previous client reference letters
