We are looking for a Business Development / Marketing Admin Assistant to support daily operations, assist with manage schedules, and help coordinate business development activities.
Key accountabilities include
- Providing administrative support to the Business Development and Commercial team
- Handle clerical tasks like printing, mailing, and meeting scheduling
- Maintain company client contact list and records
- Support Business Development Director in tender proposal drafting and submissions, including drafting of Project Organisational Chart and Project Milestones / Schedule
- Managing company website and social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for DecoFurn and its associated companies as required
- Update Company Project Track Record and Company Profile
- Order and manage yearly gifts/merchandise distribution to clients (i.e. Mooncake, Christmas, CNY hampers, etc.)
- Organise company activities and events (i.e. monthly morning tea, Christmas party, annual company dinner, etc.)
Other General Administrative tasks:
- General Administrative support to assist in handling phone calls, managing company general emails, attend to office delivery and visitor etc.
- Keeping records of tender and project group chat after each job completed
- Providing administrative support to management team as required
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment for marketing and tendering use
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years administrative/marketing/design experience is an added advantage
- Must be fluent in English (writing & speaking)
