
General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to assist the management team to work with the other Department Heads to facilitate and ensure smooth business operations. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the other Department Heads to oversee day-to-day opertions
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior working experience in real estate industry is preferred
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role for at least 10 years
- Good knowledge of different business functions
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
