Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the logisticss sector, focusing on both local and international markets.
- Assist in creating tailored logistics and supply chain solutions for potential clients.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and exceptional service delivery.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Operational Involvement:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Participate in the planning and management of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Experience in freight forwarding is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
