We are looking for someone who can:

  • Assist daily operations of kitchen/ back of house
  • Assists with the preparation, presentation of dishes
  • Produces food of high quality and ensure consistency according to standard recipes
  • Prepares in advance food needed for service
  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
  • Maintain accurate food inventories
  • Work as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More)
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation, and SFA hygiene and practices

Job Requirements:

  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions;
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment;
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards;
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
  • Ensure a safe environment for all Colleagues and guests by upholding the Safety rules provided;
