What You Will Be Working On
- Work with Whole-of-Government (WoG) counterparts to stay updated on policy changes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement policies and processes
- Ensure systems and processes are designed to detect policy and process non-compliance
- Support MINDEF/SAF's transition to a data-driven organisation
- Navigating a complex organisational ecosystem
- Adapting to unique use cases within MINDEF/SAF
- Balancing broad policies across different domains
- Addressing evolving privacy concerns and public attitudes towards data collection and usage
- Education in Data Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Law, or a related field
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Prior experience in policy, governance & compliance, risk management, data privacy, or AI ethics and governance is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills
