Key Responsibilities:
1. Fleet & Vessel Management

- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high operational standards.
3. Staff Management
- Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure crew certifications and licenses are up to date.
- Promote a culture of safety and teamwork among staff.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Manage operational budgets, maintenance expenses, and fuel efficiency strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
5. Logistics & Coordination
- Plan vessel schedules, cargo operations, and port logistics.
- Ensure Berthing Excellence
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including port authorities, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Optimize voyage planning for efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime/shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
