  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Building Technician

Working Location: Orchard

Salary Range: $2,200 - $2,700 + $50 (HP Allowance)

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) & 9am - 1pm (Sat) 5.5 days’ work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides general assistance in the maintenance of the building

• Carries out routine inspection, servicing building mechanical, electrical installations, building and facilities.

• Provide technical assistance.

• Check and identify building defects.

• Response in any form of emergency breakdown.

• Coordinate and assist supervisor in A&A works.

• Submit and report job status or defects to supervisor

• Coordinate and liaise with contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management/ Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.

•Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

•At least 2 years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position.
