We’re seeking an IT Support & Facilities Engineer who can manage day-to-day technical and facility-related tasks while having the opportunity to learn and grow into Cloud or DevOps roles.

Key Responsibilities
Desktop Support & Onboarding
- Set up and configure computers for new staff (Windows/macOS)
- Manage computer returns and resets for departing employees
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on user desktops
User Account Management
- Create and manage user accounts in Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Configure email, permissions, and access for new and existing staff
Hardware & Facilities Tasks
- Replace light bulbs and handle basic facility maintenance issues
- Manage CCTV camera systems, ensuring proper functionality and security
- Oversee door access control systems and troubleshoot badge/lock issues
Network & Connectivity
- Troubleshoot network problems (WiFi, LAN, switches, routers)
- Assist in maintaining network hardware and connectivity
Printers & Multifunction Devices
- Set up and configure multifunction printers with access control
- Troubleshoot printer errors and manage supply levels
Server & Infrastructure Support
- Maintain a couple of physical servers in the office (basic checks, updates)
- Collaborate with senior IT/DevOps staff on improvements and upgrades
Opportunity to Grow
- Learn and participate in Cloud/DevOps projects (AWS, Azure, CI/CD, etc.)
- Work closely with the software development team to gain hands-on experience in modern IT operations
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Experience in desktop support (Windows/macOS)
- Basic understanding of user management in Office 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (IP addresses, routers, WiFi)
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and facility issues
- Ability to lift and move equipment (servers, printers, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with CCTV, door access systems, or similar facility management tools
- Exposure to printers/MFPs configuration and troubleshooting
- Any cloud-related knowledge or experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Interest in DevOps, scripting, or automation
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
