Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR operations function
  • Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations
  • Identify candidates using LinkedIn recruiter account, career website, headhunting and other job portals
  • Pre boarding preparation such as preparing of offer letters, applying relevant work pass
  • Conduct orientation for new employees on first day of work. Set up Personal file for new employees and update employee personal record in HR system
  • Track and monitor staff confirmation due date, work pass renewal due date
  • Handle administration duties such as preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter etc
  • Oversee the insurance inception process for new staff and the deletion of insurance coverage for resigning employees
  • Manage business-related travel arrangements, including hotel and air tickets bookings and visa applications
  • Payroll processing for 50 headcounts
  • Responsible for income tax submission, monthly CPF submission, other government leave claims such as: - Childcare/Maternity/Paternity
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities such as planning and executing recreation event, company annual events
  • Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver. Maintenance of office fixtures, furniture, office cleanliness and replenish of pantry supplies
  • Address to staff inquiries
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Admin/ HR or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Recruitment & hands-on payroll processing experience is required
  • Team player, independent and able to work in fast- paced working environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Responsible, organize, meticulous, and detail oriented
  • Possess good understanding of employment law
  • Proficient in Microsoft
