Role and responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site support for End User Computing Devices (EUCD) and Windows Servers.

Requirements
- 3+ years of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) Support, ICT End User Computing or Service Desk Agent experience with networking and system administration background.
- 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
- Ability to identify the likely causes of incidents escalated by Level 1 EUCD Support Engineers
- Able to apply the known solutions related to these more complex issues.
