Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate interview scheduling, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
  • Pre boarding preparation such as preparing of offer letters, applying relevant work pass
  • Handle administration duties such as preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter etc
  • Manage business-related travel arrangements, including hotel and air tickets bookings and visa applications
  • Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver. Maintenance of office fixtures, furniture, office cleanliness and replenish of pantry supplies
  • Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Admin/ HR or related discipline with minimum 6 months of relevant working experience
  • Team player, independent and able to work in fast- paced working environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Responsible, organize, meticulous, and detail oriented
  • Possess good understanding of employment law
  • Proficient in Microsoft
