Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate interview scheduling, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations
- Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
- Pre boarding preparation such as preparing of offer letters, applying relevant work pass
- Handle administration duties such as preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter etc

- Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver. Maintenance of office fixtures, furniture, office cleanliness and replenish of pantry supplies
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin/ HR or related discipline with minimum 6 months of relevant working experience
- Team player, independent and able to work in fast- paced working environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Responsible, organize, meticulous, and detail oriented
- Possess good understanding of employment law
- Proficient in Microsoft
