
Senior Executive - Finance
Finance
· Set up KPIs for monitoring/tracking the operating expenditure component of the business
· Ensure all billing is done on a timely manner and collection meet the targeted days
· Lead in producing financial and management accounting and reporting on a timely basis
· Provide analysis and interpretation of financial results and information to guide management decision making
· Monitor and manage cash flow and predict future trends
· Work with regional finance on implementing Finance policies, processes and systems
· Process payroll
· Perform monthly submission of CPF
· Administer all statutory requirements
General Administration
· Provide admin support to the MD
· Administer staff leave, medical and other leave record
· Administer staff appointment letter, confirmation and termination letter
· Manage office equipment and stationery supplies
· Oversee the general admin of the office and other company facilities, including maintenance, tenancy agreements, utilities
· Issue Purchase Orders for approved purchases and support sourcing of vendors and contractors when necessary
· Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords and local government bodies as necessary
· Implement and manage employee training plan
· Any other duties as assigned by Management
