- Provide HR leadership for entities within a listed company, ensuring alignment with corporate governance, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Administer and manage employee share schemes, including onboarding participants, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior HR position.
- Experience managing HR operations for entities of a listed company, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing employee share schemes or similar incentive programs.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
