- Lead the execution of video and photo shoots, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Optimize social media engagement, monitor analytics, and implement strategies to increase audience interaction and brand visibility.
- Serve as a key liaison for school partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on marketing objectives.
- Provide professional consultation to prospective students and parents regarding education opportunities in Singapore, supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
- Set and achieve KPIs, ensuring marketing initiatives drive measurable business outcomes.
- Support the internal team with ad-hoc marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while leading a team.
- Experience in the education sector or student recruitment industry is a plus.
