Responsibilities:

  • Organize billing and claims, ensuring timely payment of company invoices
  • Manage the Director’s personal and professional calendar, coordinating both internal and external schedules
  • Prepare reports, analyze statistics, and create presentation slides as required
  • Monitor OKRs, follow up on progress, and report any missed deadlines
  • Take meeting minutes. Ensure that action items discussed in meetings are tracked and completed
  • Represent the Director in meetings when they are unavailable
  • Track and ensure follow-up on all action items and tasks assigned to the Director, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Proactively manage outstanding action items, sending reminders and escalating when necessary to ensure accountability
  • Maintain an organized record of Director’s to-do list, prioritizing key tasks and project timelines
  • Manage all travel arrangements for the Director, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or executive environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in office management and administrative tasks
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
