
HR & Finance Executive
Accounting Functions:
• Handle full sets of accounts (SG & UK), including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and weekly cash flow reporting.
• Budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Process staff expense claims, travel allowances, and payments according to IRAS guidelines.
• Manage company fund transfers between two bank accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Monthly Statement of Gross Sales submit to Landlord
• Staff commission calculations and reimbursement processing.
• Manage and file tax submissions (GST, corporate tax, etc.) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities for financial reporting and compliance matters.
• Annual corporate tax planning, ECI submission, and Singapore Statistics Survey submission.
Secretarial Matters
• Company Registration & Compliance: Ensure ACRA filings are up to date, including annual filings, business licenses, and company resolutions.
• Board & Shareholder Meetings: Maintain minutes, resolutions, and coordinate with the company secretary.
• Contracts & Legal Documents: Oversee vendor agreements, retail lease documents, and employment contracts.
• Banking & Financial Authorizations: Manage signatory rights, corporate banking arrangements, and related documentation.
HR & Administrative Functions:
• Support in HR administration, including payroll processing, CPF contributions, and employee claims.
• Maintain employee records and payroll processing in the I-Admin system.
• Process monthly payroll, yearly IR8A submissions, and staff leave tracking.
• Oversee general office administration, including procurement and coordination
of office supplies.
• Oversee any MOM-related matters, survey and other HR administrative functions
• Handle employee benefits, including insurance renewals (WICA, PA, Biz Risk, H&S, Travel, etc.)
