  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless production planning and execution.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S).
  • Manage factory workforce and resources, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to safety standards.
  • Analyze operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in precision engineering or metal fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP, production scheduling, and process optimization.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems (ISO, AS9100, etc.).
  • Proven leadership skills in managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
