Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, implementing design improvements as needed.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards (ISO, ASME, JEDEC) and semiconductor manufacturing guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and verification of precision-engineered components.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in design engineering for semiconductor components or precision parts.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of material properties, machining processes, and semiconductor packaging.
  • Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
