We are looking for a Design Engineer to develop and optimize semiconductor components and precision parts used in high-tech applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mechanical design, CAD modeling, and product development, ensuring manufacturability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop semiconductor components and precision mechanical parts using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

- Collaborate with suppliers and fabrication teams to optimize designs for CNC machining, microfabrication, or semiconductor assembly.
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, implementing design improvements as needed.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards (ISO, ASME, JEDEC) and semiconductor manufacturing guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Support prototype development, testing, and verification of precision-engineered components.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in design engineering for semiconductor components or precision parts.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of material properties, machining processes, and semiconductor packaging.
- Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Experience working in cleanroom environments or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
