Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems (HV/MV/LV).
  • Conduct diagnostics and inspections to identify faults, insulation issues, and power disruptions.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
  • Utilize electrical testing equipment (e.g., insulation testers, relay testing kits, power analyzers) to verify system integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI) and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and technical records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in field service for transformers, switchgear, or power systems (HV/MV/LV).
