Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor as they arrive at the studio.
- Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, or canceling yoga classes or private sessions.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle client payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of client accounts.
- Manage the scheduling system to ensure classes and sessions are properly booked and organized.
- Provide information about class schedules, yoga instructors, and studio services to potential and current clients.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Support the overall smooth functioning of the studio by coordinating with instructors and other staff members.
- Handle any client concerns or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Help with administrative tasks, including maintaining files and assisting with marketing efforts.
