• Assisting Senior Manager & CEO in managing office administration matters

• Managing office administrative duties such as answering calls, attend to visitors, opening/sorting of mails, liaising with service providers on office equipment/facility maintenance, etc.

• Maintain the office cleanliness and office supplies

• Assist in completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondences; travel arrangements and compiling documents for travel-related meetings

• Assist in preparation of various reports/PowerPoint presentations

• Maintain effective filing of documents

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with relevant experiences

• At least 3 years of working experience in fast paced admin/customer service/projects or portfolio management. Candidates with more years of experiences will also be considered for a manager role within the company.

• Good working attitude, meticulous and eager to learn

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy

• Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Redhill | Mon – Fri (9:30am to 6:30pm)

• Candidates available on short notice preferred
