Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, market trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Assist in managing product inventory, displays, and promotional materials.
- Track and manage sales leads and follow up to ensure closure of opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management, including tracking sales performance and forecasting.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
