Main responsibilities:
1. Market development and customer management:
• Actively develop new customers and establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Regularly visit key customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Assist customers in solving problems encountered during use and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Achieve sales goals:
• Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that annual sales targets are met.
• Follow up sales leads, timely feedback on market trends, and adjust sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources and promote the smooth implementation of the project.
3. Market analysis and competitive intelligence:
• In-depth understanding of the Singapore and South East Asia markets, analysis of industry trends and competitors.
• Provide market insight reports to support companies in making strategic decisions.
4. Business development and partnerships:
• Seek out potential partners and establish strategic partnerships.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars and other activities to enhance the company's branding impression.
Job requirements:
• Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, marketing or related is preferred.
• Work experience: More than 3 years of sales experience in the software industry, working experience in Chinese-funded software companies is preferred.
Work visa: Have the right of residence in Singapore or a work visa.
• Travel requirements: Able to accept frequent travel assignments in the South East Asia market.
• Language skills: Fluent English communication skills, good Chinese communication skills are preferred.
• Personal qualities:
• Possessing strong stress resistance and self-drive, able to work independently in a rapidly changing market environment.
• Possessing excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to build good relationships with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
