  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications and banking industry/ financial services within the APAC region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong relationships within the telco and fintech industry
  • Have a strong network of C-level and decision markers within APAC in the field of the Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Wallet Operators
  • Must have experience in the South East Asia as a region
  • Sound understanding of channel development, strategy selling principles, partnership strategy and consultative selling
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong understanding of financial technology (fintech) solutions and their applicability in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
