The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group HR; this role supports the HR function with a primary focus on global recruitment and employment branding.
The HR Business Partner will help develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and enhance the organisation's external and internal employer brand.
The ideal candidate has foundational HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences. This position requires occasional domestic and international travel to attend career fairs, campus events, and other branding initiatives in support of a global hiring scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, HR, recruitment, or related roles is preferred.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and communicate in Chinese as there is a requirement to interact with Mandarin speaking stakeholders in overseas subsidiaries
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies, especially in a global context.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-driven approach with attention to detail.
- Passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for recruitment-related events.
- Ideally with manufacturing / logistics industry experience
- Position is based in Tuas area
