About the role As a full-time Sales Admin Assistant at Goldprint Enterprise Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This role is based in Bukit Batok and requires you to work on-site.

What you'll be doing

  • Entertain walk-in customers and take order

  • Manage and maintain customer and vendor databases

  • Process sales orders and follow up on deliveries

  • Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations

  • Perform other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
