Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations All-Rounder to join our logistics team. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, import/export processes, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for our warehouse clients and will oversee various operational tasks to ensure smooth logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for warehouse clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Arrange and oversee warehouse safety compliance and security measures.

  • Visit the airport terminal for import and export transfer documentation processing.

  • Coordinate the scanning process for e-commerce cargo within the warehouse.

  • Understand import and export procedures, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Support and maintain order within the warehouse by managing cross-dock operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management preferred.

  • Strong understanding of import and export documentation and procedures.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse cross-dock operations is an advantage.
