With a strong regional presence and a commitment to innovation, they provide a dynamic and purpose-driven work environment with flexible working arrangement where finance professionals can play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, supporting growth, and ensuring operational excellence They are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead and oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and operational accounting across multiple Southeast Asian entities, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards while supporting business transformation initiatives.
about the job
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions for SEA entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with statutory requirements. You will manage monthly closing processes, review financial statements, and facilitate year-end audits. Additionally, you will oversee payment processes, cash flow management, and banking operations while partnering with tax advisors on GST, corporate tax, and transfer pricing matters. As a key finance leader, you will drive cost accounting functions, support IT system implementations and workflow improvements, and mentor a team of four finance professionals across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. You will also handle ad-hoc finance-related projects as required.
Skills and experience required
- Degree holder in Finance, accounting, or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications (e.g CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Relevant years of experience in finance, with strong technical knowledge of Singapore FRS, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
- Experience with Business Central accounting software is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
