Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

Communicate with candidates to understand their job search needs, expectations, and preferences.

Research various platforms to identify and source suitable candidates.

Conduct confidential interviews, ensuring a thorough understanding of candidates' qualifications and career goals.

Perform reference checks and verify candidates' credit history where necessary.

Build trust and establish a solid reputation within your candidate network.

Expand the candidate pool by networking and exploring different outsourcing channels.

Report to the Recruitment Manager on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategies.

Maintain CEI (Certified Employment Interviewer) certification and up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Requirements:

CEI certification (or willingness to obtain certification).

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.

Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with both local and international candidates.

Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices in recruitment.
