Our client, a B2C Services Company with brick-and-mortar and online digital offering is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Director to lead their sales and customer experience strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader who can foster collaborative relationships with the stakeholders, convert prospects into loyal customers, and establish operational efficiencies.
In this role, you will oversee the sales and customer service operations, ensuring that sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met or exceeded. You will be responsible for developing tactical plans, implementing customer engagement strategies, and improving brand awareness through outreach initiatives.
Ideal candidates must have at least 12 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in a target-driven environment. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a deep commitment to customer service excellence are essential.
