Assistant Manager
- Responsible for smooth operations of the restaurant and optimization of inventories supplies.
- Monitor accuracy of the billing and daily sale transactions, and maintain custody of cash remittance until deposited.
- Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, ensuring high quality of preparation and stock ordering.
- Ensure the restaurant meets and maintains health & safety regulations, sanitation, handling & cleaning procedures/standards and food safety.
- Ensuring consistent maintenance and preventive maintenance of all equipment in the outlet.
- Train, supervise, discipline and motivate staff to achieve excellence in performance and ensuring compliance on company's Policies and Guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer experience for our internal and external customers.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors.
