GB Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Valuer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the market value of various types of properties and providing expert advice to clients.
Responsibilities
· Conduct property inspections to assess property conditions
· Analyse local market trends and data to inform valuation estimates
· Utilise various appraisal methods involving sales comparison, income and cost
· Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, including detailed property descriptions and photographs
· Conduct due diligence to ensure property details are accurate and compliant
· Complete allocated valuation assignments to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames in accordance with valuation standards and client instructions
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Proficiency in various valuation techniques and real estate financial modelling
· Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle pressure and prioritise work
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities with both internal stakeholders and external clients
· Ability to work both independently and within a larger team
· Attention to detail to ensure that reports are accurate and without error
