
Sales Assistant
1. Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
2. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
4. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
5. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product deliveries.
6. Prepare sales documents such as quotation, purchase orders, and contracts.
7. Stay updated on office furniture trends, products, and industry developments.
8. Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on post-sales support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (preferably in furniture or retail)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
